Customer communications involves in Prepare/Compose/Assemble of documents
and storing the documents in the data base and finally ensures the delivery of the
documents to the respective end users. In MFI (Management of Financial
Institution), the system allows the admin users to perform actions related to the
financial transactions within the bank. The company is a family of insurance and
financial services companies that together serve tens of millions of customers in
the U.S. and Canada. The company consists of several Development Centers (DC)
for different projects. The current project is being performed in DC7 testing team.
All the applications contain different web services and web applications. Used web
service and web protocols for testing the applications and conducted multi user
load tests for execution.
