2. To start creating my
questionnaire I had to choose
a relevant title, I chose ‘Music
Magazine Questionnaire’.
Then by using the drop down
bar you have to select a
category, I chose customer
feedback because I am
researching from potential
customers.
I then had to click
continue.

3. I then came to this page, to add a
question you have to click the ‘add
question’ button.
I then typed my question
which I want to ask here.
Then using the drop down box you I
selected the question type I
wanted to use. E.g. I chose multiple
choice to create a closed question.

4. I then typed my answers which the
participant could choose.
Then click save and close.
This is what my
question came out
like.
To add more questions
click the button and
continue the process.
