This document provides an analysis of the social patterns and contact points along two streets: Phetchaburi Road in Bangkok, Thailand and Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It finds that both streets are centers of commercial activity that attract local communities and tourists. Phetchaburi Road has a higher intensity of social activities due to its many street food stalls and shops. Contact points on Phetchaburi Road like Shibuya Pratunam and a mosque generate different intensities of social contact through chance meetings, small group interactions, and shared activities like shopping and prayers.
