The plaintiff, Louis Charles Hamilton II, is filing a motion for a temporary restraining order and asset freeze of $6 trillion against the defendants, the United States of America, President Andrew Johnson, and President Rutherford B. Hayes. The plaintiff alleges numerous crimes were committed against himself and other black African Americans, including murder, intimidation, fraud, and civil rights violations. The plaintiff is requesting the court order the defendants to preserve all documents and records related to the case, provide a funeral for the plaintiff's deceased family members, and not destroy any assets.
