 Only one team member can be graduated before 2012

UK Tax Incentives
 Corporation tax decreasing from 23% to 20% (April 2015)
 R&D Tax Credits - for each £1 spent on R&D (technology development) an SME
can deduct £2.25 against its tax liability (£1.30 for larger companies)
 Patent Box - new tax relief scheme for patents filed in the UK - any profit derived
from these patents will be taxed at 10% rather than the current level of 24%
 Enterprise Investment Schemes (SEIS & EIS) & Venture Capital Trusts - a
range of tax relief schemes for investors in early stage businesses
 Regional growth funds - available for companies that are setting up in the
regions (outside London)
