 Full transfer of Intellectual Property to the UK legal entity

 Number of team members: min 2, max 3
 At least 50% of team members graduated between 01/01/12 and 30/06/14
 At least 50% of team members to be non-UK nationals
 All members to be shareholders (no employees)
 All team members to be graduates (equal or above to BA level)
