十几年来,重庆通用工业(集团)有限责任
公司(简称“重庆通用”)致力于寻求一种能为环保
行业的污水曝气工艺提供最可靠、最高效的离心
鼓风机设备,重庆通用在 2004 年推出了 BCD 系
列的第一代产品,2009 年实现了产品的进一步拓
展,研制并推出了 BCD 系列第二代产品。
Over the past more than ten years, Chongqing
General Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter
referred to as CQGI) has been concentrating on the
development of the most reliable and highest
efficient centrifugal blower for sewage aeration process in the enviornmental protection sector. In 2004,
CQGI introduced the first generation BCD series centrifugal blower, and in 2009, updated and
introduced the second generation BCD series centrifugal blowers.

BCD series single-stage high speed centrifugal blowers are the newest achievements based on the
decade's experience in the design and manufacture of turbo compressor. The main performance index
reached or even overpassed world's leading level, which can fully substitute the imported products.

典型的单轴单级叶轮设计缩短了转子
的长度,使悬臂的重量减至最小,从而使转

Typical single-shaft and single-stage impeller
shortenes the length of rotor and minimizes the
weight of cantilever portion. So it makes the
rotor stability best. The working clearance
between impeller and diffuser can't influence
by the status change of inlet gas.
半开式三元流后弯型叶轮使机组具有

Semi-shrouded 3D backward impeller gains
optimal control capability and widest operation range.
叶轮采用锻造的高强度铝合金,通过五轴数控加工中心精密加工三元叶轮的道流型面,使
得叶轮型线与设计的误差最小,精度远高于铸造叶轮,从而确保达到比铸造叶轮更高的效率。
The impeller is made of high strength forging aluminium alloy. The 3D impeller passages are
machined by a 5-axis machining center, minimizing the machining error of impeller profile.
Accuracy of high strength forging impeller is higher than that of the cast impeller so that its
effiency is much higher than that of cast one.
叶轮和轴连接采用重庆通用的无键联结专利技术,保证在任何运行条件下叶轮与轴均
联结紧固,叶轮对中良好且装拆方便。
Impeller and shaft are keyless- connected by CQGIC's patent, enjoying good
alignment and easy mounting / dismantlement.
叶轮作静平衡和动平衡试验,符合 API617 相关规定。叶轮作超转速试验,确保叶轮强度
完全满足使用要求。叶轮与机壳间的轴向间隙可以通过垫片进行调整,不需要加工机壳或轴。
Impeller is static and dynamic balanced as per API 617 and over-speed tested to a good intensity. Axial
clearance between impeller and housing may be regulated by the pads, so it is not necessary to process
housing or shaft.

润滑油系统 Lubrication Oil System
鼓风机有一个安全而且可靠的润滑系
统。润滑油系统包括油箱、一台电动油泵和
一台主油泵、水冷油冷却器、油过滤器、油
加热器及其他部件。润滑油系统还配有压力
表、温度计、压力和温度传感器。
Blower is equipped with a safe and reliable
lubrication oil system. Lubrication oil system
consists of oil tank, electric oil pump, main oil
pump ,water-cooled oil cooler, oil filter, oil
heater and other components. The oil system
is also equipped with pressure gauge,
thermometer, pressure and temeprature
sensors.
底座兼油箱的集成设计,使得结构更紧
凑,油箱内部按重庆通用标准进行防锈处理。
油箱有足够的容积并设置适当的出气口和过
滤器。润滑油直接从齿箱回流到油箱中。
Base frame is compact, integrated with oil
tank, which is equipped with vents and filters
and rust-proof inside per as CQGIC standard.
Lubrication oil directly reurns to the oil tank
from gear box .
油过滤器采用可更换滤芯的过滤器,过
滤精度为 10µm,正常情况下至少 3 年无故
障运行。
Core of oil filter is interchangeable. Filtering
precision is 10µm, oil filter can run smoothly
for at least 3 years without malfunction.
每台鼓风机配有油冷却器,冷却器在所
有环境温度下均能提供足够的冷却量以吸
收鼓风机/齿轮箱散发的热量。油冷却器有风
冷或水冷两种方式。水冷形式可安装在鼓风
机底座上(亦可安装在底座旁边)。水冷式
冷却器配有流量控制阀。对于冷却水水质,
已考虑到用户现场的实际情况,采取了加大
换热面积、将换热器设计为浮头式等方法,
改善换热效果,并且维护方便,可以使用污
水处理后的中水作为冷却水。风冷式冷却器
通过控制风扇的开停实现对油温的控制。
Each blower is equipped with oil cooler.
Oil cooler is able to cool blower/gear box.
Air-cooled or water-cooled oil cooler is
optional. Water-cooled oil cooler may be
mounted on the base frame or near the base
frame. Water-cooled oil cooler is equipped
with flow control valve. The cooling water
quality is subject to the actual condition on
site. A bigger heat exchange area and floating
head heat exchanger is adopted to improve the
heat exchange efficiency. Sewage treated
water also can be used as cooling water.
Air-cooled oil cooler can control oil
temperature by means of controling fan
start/open.

鼓风机可通过几种方式进行降噪:
隔声罩可将整机封闭于内,从而可降低整机噪音 15~20 分贝。隔声罩配备轴流风机,
保证内部的电动机良好的通风。隔声罩采用快速拆装结构设计,以方便鼓风机的维护保养。
进/出口消音器可降低噪声 10~15 分贝。我们将出口消音器与出口扩压锥管合为一体。
对出风管和集气总管用消音材质包裹能大大改善鼓风机房的噪音和温度。
对鼓风机房的墙面采取粗糙处理或附着消音材料也可良好改善噪音。
The following methods are adopted for noise reduction:
The motor and blower are covered with sound insulation housing, reducing noise by 15--20dB,
and an axial fan is furnished to provide good ventilation. Sound insulation housing can be
dismantled or mounted quickly, easy to repair or check the blower.
Inlet/outlet silencer can reduce the noise by 10-15 dB. The Outlet silencer and outlet diffuser
conical pipe are integrated.
Discharge duct and gas-collection duct covered with sound insulation material reduces noise and
temperature in the blower room.
The other methods shall reduce noise too, e.g. walls of blower room be rough-treated,and applied
with some insulation material.

鼓风机组采用 PLC 自动控制。硬件采用西门子 S7-300 系列 PLC 可编程控制器和西门子
触摸式全中文图形显示器,控制软件采用本公司开发的可靠软件,保证了准确、可靠。
鼓风机组一般均具备下列安全保护:
监视润滑油压力过低的压力控制系统
监视润滑油温度过高的过热保护系统
监视空气入口温度过高的过热保护系统
监视主电机轴承温度过高的过热保护系统
监视机组喘震的探测系统
所有的接线都接至安装在机组上或机组旁的就地控制柜里。如果就地控制柜安装在别的
地方,或者就地控制柜是由其他单位提供,将会提供一个安装在鼓风机机座上的接线盒。
Blower is equipped with PLC auto control system. The main parts of control system included
Siemens S7-300 series PLC controller and a tactile Chinese graphic display and Siemens Graphic
display. The control system is programmed by our company.
Standard Safety protection includes :
Pressure control system monitoring low lubrication oil pressure.
Overheat protection system monitoring high lubrication oil temperature.
Overheat protection system monitoring high inlet air temeprature.
Overheat protection system monitoring high main motor bearing temperature.
Surge protection system.
All cables and wires are connected to the local panel/cabinet mounted near blower.
If a local panel is mounted otherwhere or be provided by another supplier , a terminal box shall be
mounted on the blower base before delivery.

就地控制柜(LCP)单独监控每台鼓风机的运行。控制拒具有保证压缩机正常运行的所
有功能,包括起动、停车、运行的控制及故障检测,并能在发生故障时停止鼓风机。控制原
理为失效安全操作方式。
Local Control Panel (LCP) monitors and controls the individual all normal operation, including
compressor start/stop, auto trouble shooting, emergecy stop. A fail-safe operation mode is applied.

When blower comes into normal operation condition, discharge valve closes gradually, and the

就地控制柜的面板配置
液晶触摸显示屏,基本配置为彩色
屏幕。通过该显示屏可以操控鼓风机,
还可显示鼓风机的各种运行状态和运
行参数,全中文操作界面,直观方便。
对既有可调出口导叶,又有可调
预旋系统鼓风机组,重庆通用采用自
己研制的、具有当今最先进的双导叶
节能控制技术的就地控制柜。就地控
制柜根据出口压力来控制可调出口导
叶和可调预旋系统。
低压控制系统装于保护等级为 IP54 的钢制柜内,并提供与外部接线用的接线端子。
就地控制柜的配电:3×380V, 50Hz, 0 线+地线。
鼓风机组按照直接启动方式设计。如果用户需采用其它启动方式,必须向重庆通用咨询,
以确保有足够的启动力矩来启动鼓风机,使其安全地通过其临界转速区。

Tactile LCD Screen. Blower is controlled by the color display screen. The operation status and
data of blower are displayed in Chinese on the screen, simple and visual.
Advaned local control panel developed by CQGI regulates inlet guide vanes and diffuser
followingoutlet pressure.
Low voltage control system is built in the steel cabinet (IP54), with external terminals.
Power supply of local control panel: 3×380V, 50Hz, neutral +ground.
The starting method of blower is direct-start. If other starting methods, please contact our
company to determine starting torque of blower to safely pass through critical speed.
警告 不能由电机开关柜来启动鼓风机电机,因为有可能损坏鼓风机。
Warning:
Never start the motor of blower with motor switchcabinet, or
damage the blower.
总控系统 Master Control Program
主控制器控制系统(MCPMCPMCPMCP)工作原理
Working Elementary of Master Control Program (MCP)
启动首台鼓风机,并将其流量设定为最小(45%)。当空气量的需求增加时,首先将鼓风
机的流量向上调节直至最大(100%)。
When starting the first blower, set the blower volume to min.(45%). First regulate the blower
volume to max. (100%) when flow volume demands to increase.
如果空气量的需求仍增加,则自动启动第二台鼓风机,并将其流量设定在最小(45%),
同时将首台鼓风机的流量调至 55%(即 45%+55%=100% )。本步骤实现了流量的连续调节,
根据空气量的需求,再将首台鼓风机的流量从 55%向上调节,直至 100%。
If air requirement still increases, the second blower automatically starts with set min.volume(45%).
At the same time, regulate volume of the first blower to 55% (namely: 45%+55% =100%). In this
way, the volume can regulate continously. Then increase volume of the first blower from 55% till
100%.
如果空气量还不能满足需要。当首台鼓风机的流量达到最大值,则首台鼓风机的流量就
固定在 100%,第二台鼓风机自动调节其流量(从 45%~100%);当第二台鼓风机流量达到
最大,则第三台鼓风机自动启动,以此类推。
If air quanity cannot meet the requirement, the volume of the first blower is up to max.(100%). At
this time, the second blower will atuo regulate the volume (from 45%---100%). If the volume of
the second blower is up to max., the third blower will atuo start and so on..
当流量的需求降低时,调节及停机的顺序与上述过程反向即可。
If volume reduces, the sequence of regultaing and stopping is contrary to the above.
重庆通用制造的主控制器专门用于自动监控一组含两台至九台鼓风机的运行。主控制器
由屏蔽电缆与各个就地控制柜相连。主控制柜的控制面板上装有:
� 改变优先级的开关
� 优先级错误的指示灯
� 鼓风机运行/一般报警的指示灯
� 自动运行指示灯
� 工艺控制器
Master controller made by CQGI is designed for multi-unit operation of 2--9 blowers
automatically. Master controller and local control panels are connected with shielded cables. On
the front of master control panel, is mounted the following items:
� Priority Switch
� Priority Error Alarm Lamp
� Blower Operation/ GeneralAlarm Lamp
� Auto Operation Lamp
� Process Controller
满负荷出厂测试 Full-load Test before delivery
每台重通鼓风机均根据以下一种标准进行满负荷的出厂性能测试,在达到设计要求后出厂。
Each blower should pass through strict performance test at full load before delivery.

作为用户的代表或由用户指定的监测公司的代表可现场监测该试验。出厂试验包
括流量、压力、轴功率、振动和噪音 , 并记录试验数据,测量喘振极限和确定工况点
保证值,并对所测量的鼓风机性能曲线出具测试证书。
The reperesentatives from suvaillance company or user can witness the test in our workshop.
Test items include volume, pressure, shaft power, vibration and noise. Record measured values,
measure surge limit and determine the operation points, and issue the performance curve of
measured blower.
鼓风机房的通风要求 Ventilation of Blower
Installation Room
由于鼓风机油箱中的润滑油和电机均会向周围环境散热,若通风不良,将会使鼓风机房
温度升高,这样电机等电器元件就不能充分散热,最后就会导致因电机绕组温度过高或其它
保护停机,同时环境温度过高会缩短产品使用寿命。因此,鼓风机房的通风好坏直接关系到
鼓风机的正常运行,鼓风机房具有有效的强制通风系统是保证鼓风机稳定运行的先决条件。
Lubrication oil in the oil tank/box and motor shall give out the heat. The poor ventilation causes
high temperature in the blower machine room,so, the electric elements including motorcannot
radiate the heat. Too high motorwinding temperature makes the machinestop. In this case, higher
enviornmental temperature shall shorten the service life of products. So ventilation of blower has
something wrong with the normal operation of blower. High efficient Forced ventilation system of
blower is procondition of normal operation of blower.

3、可根据用户及设计院的要求适当更改土建图,配套相应的设备。
CQGI may modify civil engineering drawing according to the requirements of customer and
design institute, and provide matching equipment.

机组简介 Introduction to the blower
BCD80~150 离心式鼓风机组适用于小型污水处理厂中的鼓风曝气。该机组配有进口导
叶,在满足流量从 45%到 100%的范围进行调节的同时,能保证较高效率。进口导叶的调节器
通过鼓风机就地控制柜进行控制。
BCD80~150 centrifugal blower is used for the aeration in the small-size sewage treatment plant.
This blower is equipped with inlet guide vanes , which controls the volume of blower within the
range of 45%---100%. The blower has very high efficiency. Inlet guide vanes are controlled by
the local control panel.
叶轮:采用由锻造铝合金加工而成的半开式径向后弯叶轮,效率达 90%以上。悬挂式
设计的叶轮位于从动轴的尾端,正常运行于第一临界速度和第二临界速度之间。
Impeller:semi-shrouded, radial back-curved blade, made of forging aluminum alloy,with more
than 90% efficiency, overhung arrangement, mounted at the end of driven shaft, running between
the first and the second critical speeds.
齿轮箱:整个机体完全水平剖分,揭开上盖就可以检修整个传动系统,驱动主轴和从动
轴安装及检修均非常方便。齿轮的安全系数大于为 1.50。
Gear box:Gear box is horizontal split. Open upper cover of gear box may check or repair the
total driving system. It is very easy to mount, check or repair drive and driven shafts. Safe factor
of gear is greater than 1.50.
鼓风机机壳:::: 与齿轮箱一体化紧凑设计,通过螺栓联结。采用精密铸铁,其最低设计温
度为 250℃,最低设计压力为 6bar。鼓风机进口通过弹性接管直接与进口过滤器/消音器相接,
轴向进气,径向排气,气动损失小。排气方位沿径向每 30 度可调,方便使用。
Blower casing:compact design, connects to gear box with bolts. Blower casing is made of quality
cast steel, the min.design temperature is 250℃ and min.design pressure is 6 bar. Blower inlet is
connected to inlet filter/silencer with flexible joint. The gas flow loss is very small due to the axial
suction and radial discharge. Discharge direction can be regulated at every 30° in the radial
direction. It is very convinent.
轴承::::采用动压润滑,高速轴径向和轴向推力轴承均采用精密可倾瓦滑动轴承。在最坏
的运行条件下,轴承的使用寿命超过 50000 小时。
Bearing:Radial and thrust bearing for hydrodynamic lubrication high-speed shaft are tilting-pad
bearing. At the severe operation condition, the service life of bearing exceeds 50000 hours.
密封::::鼓风机的轴端设有非接触型迷宫式气封兼油封以保持机内压力,这不但可以防止
油漏出齿轮箱,还能减少进入齿轮箱的空气。材料则采用铝以防止意外情况下与轴摩擦损伤
主轴。
Seal:non-contact labyrinth air /oil seal on the motor shaft-end of blower to keep pressure. It not
only prevents oil leakage from gear box, but also prevents air from entering gear box. The
material of seal is aluminum, which can prevent from damaging the main shaft due to crash.

BCD175~350 离心式鼓风机组适用于中型污水处理厂中的鼓风曝气。该机组配有进口
导叶和出口导叶,通过进、出口导叶的联合控制,在满足流量在 45%到 100%的调节范围内,
特别是在偏离设计工况(低温或低压)运行时进行的同时,能保证非常高的效率。进口导叶
和出口扩压导叶的调节器均通过鼓风机就地控制柜进行控制。
BCD175~350 centrifugal blower is used for the aeration in the medium-size sewage treatment
facotry. This blower is equipped with inlet guide vanes and outlet diffuser, which can control the
volume of blower in the range of 45%---100%. The blower has very high efficiency especially at
low temperature or low pressure (off- design operating points).Inlet guide vanes and outlet
diffuser are controlled by the local control panel/cabinet of blower.
叶轮:采用由锻造铝合金加工而成的半开式径向后弯叶轮,效率达 90%以上。悬挂式
设计的叶轮位于从动轴的尾端,正常运行于第一临界速度和第二临界速度之间。叶轮转子可
整体拆卸,这样可以方便检修转子,并且避免在维修机组其它部分时,碰伤叶轮从而影响叶
轮转子的整体动平衡。
Impeller : Impeller is semi-shrouded radial backcuved impeller, made of forging aluminum
alloy.The efficiency of this kind of impeller can reach more than 90%. Overhung impeller is
mounted at the end of driven shaft. The operation range of overhung impeller is between the first
and the second critical speeds. Rotor including impeller can be dismantled integratelly. So it is
easy to check and repair rotor. And it can also avoid impeller damage and infulence on the
dynamic balance of integrated rotor.
齿轮箱:采用和鼓风机的整体化紧凑设计风格,整个机体完全垂直剖分,箱体刚度更好,
且保证主轴和从动轴上下方向的啮合。
Gear box:Gear box and blower are integrated. It is vertical split. Gear box housing is rigid. It can
ensure mesh of main shaft and driven shaft.
鼓风机机壳:采用精密铸铁,其最低设计温度为 250℃,最低设计压力为 6bar ,鼓风机进
口通过弹性接管直接与进口过滤器/消音器相接,轴向进气,径向排气,并且所有气流通道
光滑连续,气动损失小。排气方位沿径向每 30 度可调,方便使用。出口法兰按 DN1.0 设计。
鼓风机设有供起吊用的吊环。
Blower casing is made of quality cast steel, the min.design temperature is 250℃ and min.design
pressure is 6 bar. Blower inlet is connected to inlet filter/silencer with flexible joint. The gas flow
loss is very small due to the axial suction and radial discharge. Discharge direction can be
regulated at every 30° in the radial direction. Outlet flanges is designed to be DN1.0. Eyebolt is on
the blower for lifting.
齿轮::::高质量的斜齿轮采用特殊加硬处理,加工精度高,达到 GB10095-5 级精度。
Gear : good quality helical gear by special hardening treatment can be in compliance with
GB10095-5.
轴承:::: 使用液压型的径向轴承和止推轴承。驱动轴径向轴承为圆柱型铜轴承而其止推轴
承为带锥度多块瓦的两面承载铜轴承。高速齿轮轴径向轴承采用表面为巴氏合金的多块瓦铜
轴承,这种设计能提供足够的阻尼以保持转子的稳定。小齿轮轴止推轴承为表面是巴氏合金
的带锥度多块瓦两面承载轴承。压力润滑的径向和止推轴承在任何运行条件下均能提供足够
的油膜厚度。轴承的温度保护采集点是轴承瓦块表面,保护更准确,运行更安全。所有轴承
的使用寿命达到 100000 小时。
Bearing:Hydrualic radial bearing and thrusst bearing. Radial bearing of driven shaft is cylindrical
copper bearing and thrust bearing is taper mult-shoes copper bearing. The radial bearing of
high-speed gear shaft is babbitt surface of multi-shoe copper bearing, this design can provide
enough damping and keep the stability of rotor. Thrust bearing of pinion shaft is babbitt surface of
multi-shoe copper bearing. Pressure-lubricated radial and thrust bearing have enough oil film
thickness. Bearing shoes' surface can stand bearing temperature, so ensure bearing runs smoothly.
The service life of all bearing can reach 100000 hours.
密封::::鼓风机的电机轴端设有非接触型迷宫式气封兼油封以保持机内压力,这不但可以防
止油漏出齿轮箱,还能防止外界空气进入齿轮箱。以避免空气、杂质和水分对润滑油的污染。
叶轮轴采用先进的非接触型迷宫式两级密封结构,确保了润滑油绝对不会进入压缩空气。材
料则采用铝以防止意外情况下与轴摩擦损伤主轴。

So it makes the rotor stability best. The working clearance between impeller and diffuser can't influence by the status change of inlet gas. 半开式三元流后弯型叶轮使机组具有 最佳的控制能力,同时使运行范围最大。 Semi-shrouded 3D backward impeller gains optimal control capability and widest operation range. 叶轮采用锻造的高强度铝合金,通过五轴数控加工中心精密加工三元叶轮的道流型面,使 得叶轮型线与设计的误差最小,精度远高于铸造叶轮,从而确保达到比铸造叶轮更高的效率。 The impeller is made of high strength forging aluminium alloy. The 3D impeller passages are machined by a 5-axis machining center, minimizing the machining error of impeller profile. Accuracy of high strength forging impeller is higher than that of the cast impeller so that its effiency is much higher than that of cast one. 叶轮和轴连接采用重庆通用的无键联结专利技术,保证在任何运行条件下叶轮与轴均 联结紧固,叶轮对中良好且装拆方便。 Impeller and shaft are keyless- connected by CQGIC's patent, enjoying good alignment and easy mounting / dismantlement. 叶轮作静平衡和动平衡试验,符合 API617 相关规定。叶轮作超转速试验,确保叶轮强度 完全满足使用要求。叶轮与机壳间的轴向间隙可以通过垫片进行调整,不需要加工机壳或轴。 Impeller is static and dynamic balanced as per API 617 and over-speed tested to a good intensity. Axial clearance between impeller and housing may be regulated by the pads, so it is not necessary to process housing or shaft.

Lubrication oil system consists of oil tank, electric oil pump, main oil pump ,water-cooled oil cooler, oil filter, oil heater and other components. The oil system is also equipped with pressure gauge, thermometer, pressure and temeprature sensors. 底座兼油箱的集成设计,使得结构更紧 凑,油箱内部按重庆通用标准进行防锈处理。 油箱有足够的容积并设置适当的出气口和过 滤器。润滑油直接从齿箱回流到油箱中。 Base frame is compact, integrated with oil tank, which is equipped with vents and filters and rust-proof inside per as CQGIC standard. Lubrication oil directly reurns to the oil tank from gear box . 油过滤器采用可更换滤芯的过滤器,过 滤精度为 10µm,正常情况下至少 3 年无故 障运行。 Core of oil filter is interchangeable. Filtering precision is 10µm, oil filter can run smoothly for at least 3 years without malfunction. 每台鼓风机配有油冷却器,冷却器在所 有环境温度下均能提供足够的冷却量以吸 收鼓风机/齿轮箱散发的热量。油冷却器有风 冷或水冷两种方式。水冷形式可安装在鼓风 机底座上(亦可安装在底座旁边)。水冷式 冷却器配有流量控制阀。对于冷却水水质, 已考虑到用户现场的实际情况,采取了加大 换热面积、将换热器设计为浮头式等方法, 改善换热效果,并且维护方便,可以使用污 水处理后的中水作为冷却水。风冷式冷却器 通过控制风扇的开停实现对油温的控制。 Each blower is equipped with oil cooler. Oil cooler is able to cool blower/gear box. Air-cooled or water-cooled oil cooler is optional. Water-cooled oil cooler may be mounted on the base frame or near the base frame. Water-cooled oil cooler is equipped with flow control valve. The cooling water quality is subject to the actual condition on site. A bigger heat exchange area and floating head heat exchanger is adopted to improve the heat exchange efficiency. Sewage treated water also can be used as cooling water. Air-cooled oil cooler can control oil temperature by means of controling fan start/open.
  • 8. 降噪设计降噪设计降噪设计降噪设计 Noise Reduction 鼓风机可通过几种方式进行降噪: 隔声罩可将整机封闭于内,从而可降低整机噪音 15~20 分贝。隔声罩配备轴流风机, 保证内部的电动机良好的通风。隔声罩采用快速拆装结构设计,以方便鼓风机的维护保养。 进/出口消音器可降低噪声 10~15 分贝。我们将出口消音器与出口扩压锥管合为一体。 对出风管和集气总管用消音材质包裹能大大改善鼓风机房的噪音和温度。 对鼓风机房的墙面采取粗糙处理或附着消音材料也可良好改善噪音。 The following methods are adopted for noise reduction: The motor and blower are covered with sound insulation housing, reducing noise by 15--20dB, and an axial fan is furnished to provide good ventilation. Sound insulation housing can be dismantled or mounted quickly, easy to repair or check the blower. Inlet/outlet silencer can reduce the noise by 10-15 dB. The Outlet silencer and outlet diffuser conical pipe are integrated. Discharge duct and gas-collection duct covered with sound insulation material reduces noise and temperature in the blower room. The other methods shall reduce noise too, e.g. walls of blower room be rough-treated,and applied with some insulation material.
  • 9. 控制系统控制系统控制系统控制系统 Control System 鼓风机组采用 PLC 自动控制。硬件采用西门子 S7-300 系列 PLC 可编程控制器和西门子 触摸式全中文图形显示器,控制软件采用本公司开发的可靠软件,保证了准确、可靠。 鼓风机组一般均具备下列安全保护: 监视润滑油压力过低的压力控制系统 监视润滑油温度过高的过热保护系统 监视空气入口温度过高的过热保护系统 监视主电机轴承温度过高的过热保护系统 监视机组喘震的探测系统 所有的接线都接至安装在机组上或机组旁的就地控制柜里。如果就地控制柜安装在别的 地方,或者就地控制柜是由其他单位提供,将会提供一个安装在鼓风机机座上的接线盒。 Blower is equipped with PLC auto control system. The main parts of control system included Siemens S7-300 series PLC controller and a tactile Chinese graphic display and Siemens Graphic display. The control system is programmed by our company. Standard Safety protection includes : Pressure control system monitoring low lubrication oil pressure. Overheat protection system monitoring high lubrication oil temperature. Overheat protection system monitoring high inlet air temeprature. Overheat protection system monitoring high main motor bearing temperature. Surge protection system. All cables and wires are connected to the local panel/cabinet mounted near blower. If a local panel is mounted otherwhere or be provided by another supplier , a terminal box shall be mounted on the blower base before delivery.
  • 10. 就地控制柜 LCP: Local Control Panel 就地控制柜(LCP)单独监控每台鼓风机的运行。控制拒具有保证压缩机正常运行的所 有功能,包括起动、停车、运行的控制及故障检测,并能在发生故障时停止鼓风机。控制原 理为失效安全操作方式。 Local Control Panel (LCP) monitors and controls the individual all normal operation, including compressor start/stop, auto trouble shooting, emergecy stop.   • 12. 就地控制柜的面板配置 液晶触摸显示屏,基本配置为彩色 屏幕。通过该显示屏可以操控鼓风机, 还可显示鼓风机的各种运行状态和运 行参数,全中文操作界面,直观方便。 对既有可调出口导叶,又有可调 预旋系统鼓风机组,重庆通用采用自 己研制的、具有当今最先进的双导叶 节能控制技术的就地控制柜。就地控 制柜根据出口压力来控制可调出口导 叶和可调预旋系统。 低压控制系统装于保护等级为 IP54 的钢制柜内,并提供与外部接线用的接线端子。 就地控制柜的配电:3×380V, 50Hz, 0 线+地线。 鼓风机组按照直接启动方式设计。如果用户需采用其它启动方式,必须向重庆通用咨询, 以确保有足够的启动力矩来启动鼓风机,使其安全地通过其临界转速区。 DisplayDisplayDisplayDisplay ofofofof LocalLocalLocalLocal ControlControlControlControl PanelPanelPanelPanel Tactile LCD Screen. Blower is controlled by the color display screen. The operation status and data of blower are displayed in Chinese on the screen, simple and visual. Advaned local control panel developed by CQGI regulates inlet guide vanes and diffuser followingoutlet pressure. Low voltage control system is built in the steel cabinet (IP54), with external terminals. Power supply of local control panel: 3×380V, 50Hz, neutral +ground. The starting method of blower is direct-start. If other starting methods, please contact our company to determine starting torque of blower to safely pass through critical speed. 警告 不能由电机开关柜来启动鼓风机电机,因为有可能损坏鼓风机。 Warning: Never start the motor of blower with motor switchcabinet, or damage the blower. 总控系统 Master Control Program
  • 13. 主控制器控制系统(MCPMCPMCPMCP)工作原理 Working Elementary of Master Control Program (MCP) 启动首台鼓风机,并将其流量设定为最小(45%)。当空气量的需求增加时,首先将鼓风 机的流量向上调节直至最大(100%)。 When starting the first blower, set the blower volume to min.(45%). First regulate the blower volume to max. (100%) when flow volume demands to increase. 如果空气量的需求仍增加,则自动启动第二台鼓风机,并将其流量设定在最小(45%), 同时将首台鼓风机的流量调至 55%(即 45%+55%=100% )。本步骤实现了流量的连续调节, 根据空气量的需求,再将首台鼓风机的流量从 55%向上调节,直至 100%。 If air requirement still increases, the second blower automatically starts with set min.volume(45%). At the same time, regulate volume of the first blower to 55% (namely: 45%+55% =100%). In this way, the volume can regulate continously. Then increase volume of the first blower from 55% till 100%. 如果空气量还不能满足需要。当首台鼓风机的流量达到最大值,则首台鼓风机的流量就 固定在 100%,第二台鼓风机自动调节其流量(从 45%~100%);当第二台鼓风机流量达到 最大,则第三台鼓风机自动启动,以此类推。 If air quanity cannot meet the requirement, the volume of the first blower is up to max.(100%). At this time, the second blower will atuo regulate the volume (from 45%---100%). If the volume of the second blower is up to max., the third blower will atuo start and so on.. 当流量的需求降低时,调节及停机的顺序与上述过程反向即可。 If volume reduces, the sequence of regultaing and stopping is contrary to the above. 重庆通用制造的主控制器专门用于自动监控一组含两台至九台鼓风机的运行。主控制器 由屏蔽电缆与各个就地控制柜相连。主控制柜的控制面板上装有: � 改变优先级的开关

Master controller and local control panels are connected with shielded cables. On the front of master control panel, is mounted the following items: � Priority Switch � Priority Error Alarm Lamp � Blower Operation/ GeneralAlarm Lamp � Auto Operation Lamp � Process Controller 满负荷出厂测试 Full-load Test before delivery 每台重通鼓风机均根据以下一种标准进行满负荷的出厂性能测试,在达到设计要求后出厂。 Each blower should pass through strict performance test at full load before delivery. � 重庆通用出厂测试标准 � JB/T 3165 � JB/T 7258 � JB/T 2888 Test standard includes: � CQGI Delivery Code � JB/T 3165 � JB/T 7258 作为用户的代表或由用户指定的监测公司的代表可现场监测该试验。出厂试验包 括流量、压力、轴功率、振动和噪音 , 并记录试验数据,测量喘振极限和确定工况点 保证值,并对所测量的鼓风机性能曲线出具测试证书。 The reperesentatives from suvaillance company or user can witness the test in our workshop. Test items include volume, pressure, shaft power, vibration and noise. Record measured values, measure surge limit and determine the operation points, and issue the performance curve of measured blower.
  • 15. 鼓风机房的通风要求 Ventilation of Blower Installation Room 由于鼓风机油箱中的润滑油和电机均会向周围环境散热,若通风不良,将会使鼓风机房 温度升高,这样电机等电器元件就不能充分散热,最后就会导致因电机绕组温度过高或其它 保护停机,同时环境温度过高会缩短产品使用寿命。因此,鼓风机房的通风好坏直接关系到 鼓风机的正常运行,鼓风机房具有有效的强制通风系统是保证鼓风机稳定运行的先决条件。 Lubrication oil in the oil tank/box and motor shall give out the heat. The poor ventilation causes high temperature in the blower machine room,so, the electric elements including motorcannot radiate the heat. Too high motorwinding temperature makes the machinestop. In this case, higher enviornmental temperature shall shorten the service life of products. So ventilation of blower has something wrong with the normal operation of blower.   • 17. 订货说明 Order Information 1、订货时请用户提供所需风量、风压及介质性质、温度等参数。 Customer provides desired volume, pressure, medium information, temperature etc. before ordering. 2、注明主体设备的材质及防腐要求。 Customer may specify the main material and corrision-proof requirement of main equipment. 3、可根据用户及设计院的要求适当更改土建图,配套相应的设备。 CQGI may modify civil engineering drawing according to the requirements of customer and design institute, and provide matching equipment.

This blower is equipped with inlet guide vanes , which controls the volume of blower within the range of 45%---100%. The blower has very high efficiency. Inlet guide vanes are controlled by the local control panel. 叶轮:采用由锻造铝合金加工而成的半开式径向后弯叶轮,效率达 90%以上。悬挂式 设计的叶轮位于从动轴的尾端,正常运行于第一临界速度和第二临界速度之间。 Impeller:semi-shrouded, radial back-curved blade, made of forging aluminum alloy,with more than 90% efficiency, overhung arrangement, mounted at the end of driven shaft, running between the first and the second critical speeds. 齿轮箱:整个机体完全水平剖分,揭开上盖就可以检修整个传动系统,驱动主轴和从动 轴安装及检修均非常方便。齿轮的安全系数大于为 1.50。 Gear box:Gear box is horizontal split. The gas flow loss is very small due to the axial suction and radial discharge. Discharge direction can be regulated at every 30° in the radial direction. Thrust bearing of pinion shaft is babbitt surface of multi-shoe copper bearing. Pressure-lubricated radial and thrust bearing have enough oil film thickness. Bearing shoes' surface can stand bearing temperature, so ensure bearing runs smoothly.
