P.T. Hazelindo Pratama was established on June 6, 2008 and formed as Specific Equipment
Manufacturer, especially in surface equipment in oil and gas industries. It is proudly known as the
nation’s native owned company.
Even The Company just started in 2008, the Founder has solid experiences in oil and gas industries as
field services engineer, and also as project leader for some surface equipment manufacturing in oil and
gas industry in Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam.
The Company as Specific Equipment Manufacturer have capabilities on Research and Development
activities, engineering design and been familiar with offshore equipment standard regulation such as
standard offshore container manufacturing and standard protection system for equipment in
hazardous area with potential flammable atmosphere. We have always performed our job strictly in
accordance to QHSE (Quality, Health, and Safety Environment) regulations.

7. PRESSURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT
3. WIRELINE BLOW OUT PREVENTER
Manual wireline BOP is positioned on top of the wellhead It is designed to provide a positive seal
and contain well pressure around stationary wireline or braided cable during well intervention
operations. Manually operated stems are used to actuate rams into the bore of the valve and seal
around the wireline or braided line.
2. LUBRICATOR & RISER
Lubricator and Riser are design to contain well pressure and act as a manifold for tool deployment. When couple
together to the desired length, they form an effective operating height to accommodate the tool string and sub-surface
flow control being deployed into the well. Longer sections are referred to as riser sections as they are use on platforms
to “Rise” the working well containment manifold from the Christmas tree to the rig floor.
1. STUFING BOX
Stuffing box is an assembly used to form a seal against well pressure around stationery or moving solid wireline at the upper
end of lubricator during wireline operation. In the upper section of stuffing box there are packing nut and packing gland used
to increase the compression force. In hydraulic stuffing box, the packing is tightened against the wireline by means of
hydraulically operated packing nut, in manual stuffing box the packing is manually operated. The sheave wheel (3600 free
movement) with guards mounted at the top of stuffing box as the path for wire to enter the well through stuffing box and
lubricator.
4. TREE CAP FLANGE ADAPTER / TEE CONNECTION
Tree connection are designed to provide a transition between dissimilar connections and so allow the operator greater flexibility in
utilizing existing equipment. These components are always rated, in terms of pressure and service, with the lower rated
connection. Tree connection are designed with premium or API pin thread down by quick union box up.

route of stuffing box to the wireline unit (14” dia Sheave Wheel for 0.092” -0.108”)

Chicago Wireline Clamp is designed to fix around wire/ cable in order to prevent movement. Bronze are lined throughout the

WEIGHT INDICATOR
The Weight Indicator System is hydraulically operated and require no external power source. They are assembled and
fully charged with hydraulic fluid when fitted to the wireline reel unit. The indicator provides a dial face calibrated in lbs or
kilos and has dampener to smooth pointer sensitivity. The Load Cell transmits a hydraulic pressure signal through a
diaphragm sensing element held in place by the load cell housing. The standard hose length available is 60 ft.

WIRELINE STEM
Wireline Stems are used to provide weight to tool string to eliminate friction with elastomers of stuffing box and for smooth running of wireline against well
pressure. Wireline stems are available in various lengths, ODs, and connections.

MECHANICAL JAR
Mechanical Jars are designed to act like a sliding hammer, utilizing the weight of the stem bars located immediately above, to convey powerful jarring
impacts. Upwards and downward impact (jarring actions) are achieved by controlling the direction and speed of the wireline at surface Typically used in
conjunction with hydraulic jars. Link spang jar are available in various diameters and stroke lengths.

KNUCLE JOINT
Similar in design to knuckle joints, the knuckle jar incorporates a length extension of the socket that allows the ball to move vertically for light jarring.
Knuckle jars come with double fishing necks. Knuckle jar can be utilized to jar with short strokes to free the string, but limited to running such things as
static gradient tests or in deviated walls.
