Simple pendulum
A simple pendulum consists of a ball attached to a string, with one end of the string fixed. As the ball swings back and forth, its motion is an example of simple harmonic motion, where the acceleration is always directed towards the midpoint. The to-and-fro swinging of the ball is known as vibrational or oscillatory motion.

- 4. WHAT IS SIMPLEPENDULUM ? • Simply its consist of the two thing 1- string 2- ball Lets us consider that we have the string of length L and a ball having the mass m. Now the 1st end of the string is fixed with some wall and the ball is connected with the 2nd end of the string. As shown in the figure.
