The Tomyoy family has settled into their new home, with Neil and Vamsi adopting several children. Their daughter Erin is pursuing a shy classmate, while their son Aiden seeks dates unsuccessfully. Vamsi gets a promotion at her music career. The family celebrates Aiden's birthday and works to renovate and expand their small home as the children grow up.

1. Tomyoy Week 6

2. We’re back in Silver Bend with the Tomyoys
for update number 4! Neil Cameron adopted
Erin last season. Then he married Vamsi
Tomyoy and together they adopted young
Aiden.

3. Sometime during the week they adopted
Babs, an elderly cat, to live out her twilight
years in peace and comfort.

4. Neil and Vamsi finally had their own house.
Neil appreciated living with Clarence and
Marylena, but it was so nice to finally have a
place of his own.

5. A/N: The Tomyoy house is based off my
parent’s house. I’m planning on building all
the houses I’ve lived in. This one is missing
the attached garage. I don’t know how to
add them to a foundation so the kitchen will
stick out a little.

6. Neil went up to the park first thing. They still
needed a lot of money to make their house
home.

7. Luckily with a moderately low ticket price,
the business could run itself for hours.

8. “Hey Charrie!”
“What’s up Mia?”
“Not much, just waiting for Pony to build my
house.”
“She still hasn’t done that yet? What a
slacker.”

9. Neil came home with enough funds to finish
the basic necessities.

10. Vasmi did her share by digging for treasure in
the yard. Her yards seemed to only be filled
with rocks.

11. “Mr. Colours! I haven’t seen you in awhile.”
“Well you know, just figured I’d checked on
things here.” Thai shrugged, “I love the
house.”
“Thanks, it’s small, but it’s home.”

12. Erin brought home Buri Clitheroe home from school.
“Are you taking band this year? I think we could
really use another violinists.” Buri asked.
“I was thinking about taking art instead. Dad
couldn’t afford a violin.”
“Maybe I’ll take art too.”

13. Vamsi came home from her work with a
promotion. It was easier than digging for
money. Thank goodness for Gabie opening
up the music career.

14. “Can you believe it? Our first night in our own
home.” Neil said.
“With kids sleeping in the next room.” Vamsi
said with a contented sigh.

15. She need skills to get her next promotion.
Soon she was going to have to start
preforming in larger crowds.

16. Neil helped her learn the mechanical skills
needed for hooking up her expensive
equipment.

17. “Hi Derek!” Erin waved to the newspaper boy.
“Oh hi Erin!” Derek smiled slowly. “I didn’t
know this was your house.”
“Yeah, we just moved in.”
“That’s cool, I’ll see you at school I guess.”
“Yep, we have the same homeroom this
semester.”

18. Neil had the house to himself that morning.
“Nothing like a nice crossword puzzle.” Neil
sighed.

19. “Hey kiddo, got any boyfriends yet?”
“No, but there is this one boy.” Erin said
musing, “He’s shy but I think I like him.”
“Oh no.” Neil laughed, “I don’t need to chase
off the newspaper boy do I?”
“DAD!”

20. Young Aiden’s birthday was that night.
Family and friends cheered as he blew out his
candles.

21. “Alright! Bring on the ladies!” He cheered.
He became a romance sim, wanting to woo
as many women as possible. He wanted to
be a professional party guest. Like many of
Silver Bend’s youngsters. All of sudden he
also had a hankering for a delicious grilled
cheese too.

22. “Neil?” Vamsi asked quietly as they settled to bed.
“What is it dear?”
“Are we too old to be parents of teens? Will we get to see
our grandchildren?”
“Shh, don’t worry about it dear. It’s hard to know when our
time will come. Better to enjoy the gifts we have now, that
worry about the ones we might not get.”

23. Neil was right of course. But they could buy
a little extra time.

24. Breakfast was a family affair, albeit standing
up.
“We should be able to redo the whole kitchen
for reno day.” Neil commented.
“That would be wonderful.” Vasmi smiled.

25. “I love you.” She told Neil.
“I love you too.”
“Eww, you guys need to get a room.” Aiden
said making a gagging noise.

26. Neil also took sips from his elixir. He wanted
to spend every moment he could with his
little family.

27. Vasmi had the day off. So she joined Neil in
a trip to the park. She brought a book a long
to read. She was too old to be hooking up
complicated speakers, but she still needed to
know how it was done.

28. Neil just relax, playing chess with Palmer.
“You are no match old man, my computer is
the finest the world.”
“Your computer is no match for my wit,
Palmer.”

29. “Come on Mom, hit me as hard as you can! I
can take it!” Aiden teased.
“Oh Aiden, I don’t want to hurt you.” Vamsi
said closing her eyes.
“Come on, bruises make me look more
manly!”

30. His mother had to work on her skills for a
promotion. So Aiden decided to call up
Serena Philippine.

31. “That feels so good Aiden!” Serena sighed
rolling her shoulders.
“Anytime Serena.”

32. “You know Serena, I’ve always really liked you.”
“Really?”

33. “Yeah, since the first time I met you.”

34. Aiden worked up his courage and planted his
first kiss on her lips.

35. Serena didn’t have the heart to tell him the
truth. She preferred women to men. Being
with him satisfied some of her own needs
which was good enough for now,

36. Erin was pursuing her own quest for a date.
She stopped Derek every morning for a chat.

37. “Gah, why did we have to get homework
tonight? This is cutting into some serious me
time.” Aiden said.
“You’re doing homework? I’m doing extra
credit.”
“Smartypants.”

38. Aiden still managed to find some me time
with Ceridwen Clitheroe.

39. Erin finished her extra credit and start a
portrait of Neil. She had seen legacy families
immortalize their founders. If anyone
deserved to be immortalized it was her Dad.

40. Neil headed to the park the next day. They
were making decent money with Vamsi jobs.
But they would still need more if they were
going to finish the kitchen.

41. Aiden next target was Emma Diem. He loved
her fiery red hair.
“Hey Emma, let’s go on a date you and I.”

42. “Ugh, no, just no. Sorry, I’m just here to see
Erin.”
“Come on Emma, I know you’re a romance
sim too.”
“I think I’d better go, I’ll just talk to Erin
tomorrow.”

43. “She rejected me, Erin, me! Aiden Tomyoy!”
“That’s cause Emma has tastes.” Erin
remarked with a smirk, “I’ll talk to her,
maybe she’ll give you another chance.”
“Thank you! You’re the best sister.”

44. Reno Day came the next morning. Neil
worked all night to give the kitchen and
dining room an up do.

45. “Catch the birdie Babs!” Erin cheered. It was
so nice to have a morning to relax.

46. “I’m HOME!!!!!” Vamsi shouted at the top of
her lungs. She missed having a little one to
run out and hug her.

47. Erin called Emma over that afternoon. Aiden
pushed his luck again.
“No Aiden, I’m not interested. You’re still
just a kid, it’d be like dating my little
brother.”
“Oh man, this bites.”

48. Aiden was determine to have a date with
someone that day. Luckily Brittany Parker was
more than willing. And she also had red hair.

49. “Your hands are like magic.” Brittany sighed
in bliss.

50. Vasmi finally figured out the tangle of wires
and cords of the speakers system. Her boss
sent her one home to play with.

51. After finished her dad’s portrait, Erin tackled
her next challenge of landscapes.

52. It was no surprise that Neil and Vamsi invited
the Philippine’s over on Sunday. Erin holed up
with her closest friends in her bedroom.

53. Aiden hid outside, still thinking Serena loved
him. He didn’t want her to find out about
Brittany.

54. “Too bad Vamsi had to work.” Marylena said
sitting on her cushion.
“I know, I want her to get to know you two
better.”
“That’s alright Neil, we’ll see her next time.”
Clarence said quickly, sipping the warm tea.

55. Erin made use of the new kitchen to whip up
a batch of grilled cheeses.

56. “Hey, I probably should tell you this. But I’m
gay.” Serena blurted out.
“Wait what?” Aiden gasped.

57. Babs sat on the counter in the kitchen like a
queen. Everyone was finally asleep so she
could play.

60. Fourth update done! Another
update complete, only six left to
go! Erin is one of my all time
favorite sims. I just love the way
she turned out. Aiden is kinda fun
too. He needs some polish, but
he’ll learn. I can’t believe Emma
rejected him twice.
