The Diem family experienced some excitement at the start of Week 8. Gordon attempted to break into their home but was stopped by the alarm system. Emma cheered on the dogs as they fought off the intruder. Later, Kay had a litter of puppies, including a puppy named Loyal. Emma left for college, making room for the puppies in the now emptier house.

2. Welcome back to Silver Bend! We’re finally in
Week 8, we’re with the founding family the
Diems. Pony and Ambi head the family,
there’s currently six of their eleven children
still living at home. In the back we have
James, Aleece, Emma, Sonya, and Lucas. In
the front with the dogs is Kayley.

3. The whole house was sleeping soundly when
Gordon crept down the street. Silly legacy
family thinking their fences would stop him.

4. It was the fence that stopped him. It was
the well-placed alarm that I installed. Not to
mention the dogs barking.

5. Demi was over quickly to the rescue.

6. The fighting woke up all my kids.
“Get him!” Emma cheered.

7. No one could go back to sleep. So Ambi got
in an early morning work out. Courage
helped supervise.

8. Aleece took up painting on the easel. It
rarely stood empty in the full house.

9. Kay was starting to get a little old to have
puppies. Ambi fed her some kibble of life. He
knew his wife wanted to have a pet legacy as
well. The house would soon be empty enough
for puppies.

10. Honey Sugar came home with the kids from
school.

11. That night it was Ambi’s birthday. We
splurged and got him a jello cake.

12. “Looking good hun.” I cheered.
“Maybe orange isn’t your color Dad.” Emma
grimaced.

13. Ambi changed into something a little more
him. Pony had a good eye for his taste.

14. I changed too. New CC was always fun to try
out.

15. Hanna got up to a little mischief with Honey.

16. I was up for a promotion at work. But I was
short a couple mechanical points.

17. The garden always needed tending. But the
plants were doing well in the new
greenhouse.

18. A little ghost scare didn’t keep Honey Sugar
from coming home again.

19. Before I knew it, it was time for Emma to go
to college. I still remember that sweet
toddler with the curly hair.
“Be good, and study hard.” I told her.
“You forgot to stay have fun.”

20. “I’ll stay it for her, just stay out of trouble.”
Ambi chuckled.

21. “Hey Julie, come pick me up.” Emma called.
“I’ll call you taxi, I’m about to go to class.”
“Boo, I’ll wait outside.” Emma said hanging
up the phone.

22. She sighed before climbing in the van. This
chapter of her life was over, and she had a
ton of fun. Hopefully college was just as
much.

23. With Emma gone, there was finally room for
puppies. I couldn’t wait. I had Courage and
Kay try right away. Puppies were on their
way!

24. “Ow, ow, ow.” Aleece grimaced. Acne cream
stung, but she was tired of the big red
bumps on her face.

25. James brought Serena Philippine home from
school.
“I need to get one of these.” She said
thoughtfully.
“Yeah, all the cool people have them.” James
replied.
“Oh really?” Serena raised her eyebrow.

26. “These kids can’t get to college soon
enough.” I complained. They were eating me
out of house and home.

27. The nice thing about being old is not needing
as much sleep.

28. It meant I got to spend more time with
Courage. We got to start all that training I
meant to do with Bane and Hanna.

29. “Come on you can hit harder than that.”
Kayley said.
“Get your guard back up, like Coach side.”
Lucas replied.
They both took the boxing class in school.

30. Ambi helped out in the garden too. He was
helping out more with the kids going to
college.

31. I came home with the promotion in the bag.
Hah, this old lady still has it.

32. Courage was starting to show his age. He
was still my handsome boy.

33. Kay went into labor right in the middle of the
hallway.

34. Little Loyal was born. He looked to be a good
mix of both his parents, but time will tell.

35. Despite several dog beds, Loyal took a nice
nap on the rug.

36. The side was selected for an update for Reno
Day.

37. I decided we needed a proper pool. All
legacies needed a pool. With a slide.

38. The house was really coming together.

39. The kids made good use of the pool.

40. Ambi and I had the inside all to ourselves.

41. I wasn’t hungry, but it was still nice to have
dinner with my family. The quads were
going off to college in a few minutes. It was
just going to three of us now.

42. “To Platinum University, please.” Aleece
requested. She was looking forward to finally
starting her life as an adult.

43. Sunday we invited the Elm-Long teenagers
over.

44. Kayley hit it off with Draco as the other kids
trooped inside to play pool.

45. Ambi and I made our escape to the beach.
“Maybe we should have changed out of our
pajamas.” I said thoughtfully.
“I think orange looks good on you.”

46. “You got something on your face there.”
Kayley said.
“What is it?’ Draco asked.
“A kiss.”

50. Week 8 has officially begun! I’m sorry there’s no simself
interlude this time. I’m out of ideas to make them
interesting. I did move in a new simself, Wistful Rose.
She’s doing a Boolprop Baby Boom challenge.
It’s so strange to go from an absolutely full house to a
nearly empty one. I can’t wait until Emma gets back
from collegeand this legacy actually makes some
progress.
Courage and Kay finally had a puppy. Loyal is so cute, I
can’t wait to see what he looks like all grown up.
