1. Job Title: CRM- Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad (Position requires to travel onsite)
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a CRM Project Manager, participating in the full life cycle management and delivery of Siebel projects.
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of a Siebel initiative. This includes providing leadership and
oversight for any and all functional and technical tasks associated with the delivery.
In addition to leveraging your deep Siebel experience you will also perform standard project management
tasks including: defining, developing, and managing work plans, mentoring and developing junior team
members, establishing team level standards, processes, and procedures, issue identification and
management, etc. In this role you will work with client representatives and other program teams in
developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization.
Should be willing & strongly participate Strongly participate in pre-sales work Responding to RFPs,
Presentations, Client Interactions etc.
Required Skill Set:
• 10-12 years overall experience.
• A minimum of 8-9 years in Siebel projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Pre-sales work Responding to RFPs, Presentations, Client Interactions
etc.
• At least 2 - Siebel 8.X implementations - (Greenfield/Upgrade).
• Should be able to manage end to end delivery of Siebel CRM programs.
• Must have worked at least in 3 of the following domains BFSI, Telecom, Public Sector, Energy and
Retail Domain.
• Delivery Management, Client Management, Commercials, Quality Assurance etc.
• should be willing to Lead solution architecture & designs and not just focus on people management.
• Technical/hands on approach to Project management
• MUST have a strong technical architect/development background - Configuration, scripting, Integration.
• Account mining and generating additional business.
• Extremely good communication and presentation skills.
