This weekly report summarizes the progress of the Bork-Korn=Thai engineering team. In the third week, the team met at KMUTT to discuss customer needs presented by an architecture professor. They brainstormed home appliance designs and decided to focus on a cooker hood. Research was done on suitable materials for the hood, focusing on aluminum for its flexibility and smooth surface for easy cleaning. Next steps include presenting research findings to the design team and developing the product. Figures 1 and 2 show a cooker hood interior as examples. The strong points of teamwork and logical thinking were noted, along with the weakness of seniors taking long times for conclusions.
