Our short film was about a girl who suspects her partner of cheating and ends their relationship. While it was intended to be mysterious, the film could have been improved by being one or two minutes longer to provide more context and story. Additional improvements would have included more props, costumes, and shooting locations to enhance the viewing experience, as well as longer scenes to improve the overall flow.

1. Short Film Analysis
Our short film was a partner project. It was about a girl who is suspecting her other
half and breaks the relationship. We left it ias a mystery though so the audience can
figure out what happened before, we know that he cheated on her but we do not know
how she found out. I think our short film could have been better. Although it was
supposed to be a short film, it could have been a minite or two longer.
I think the best thing about our film is the mystery side to it, we don’t know what
happened before or after. Additionally, I think we had good dialogues.
I think there are a few things we can improve on. For example, the length of our film.
Additionally, I think although I thought our dialogues are good we could have added
more to increase the length of the film. Moreover I think we could have made more
effort with the costumes and backdrop. Our film was shot in the Recital Room,
although we could have bought extra props in to make the film slightly more pleasant
to watch.
However I do think our film wasn’t bad, although I wish we did do a little better.
We shot our film with 2 main characters, Nick and Rhiane. We shot in the recital
room because it was quiet and we would have had no disturbances which we didn’t,
but we could have shot outside as I feel it would have made our film better.
I also feel that our film didn’t flow as well. To make it flow better we should have had
longer scenes instead of many short ones. This would make the film run smoother.
Lastly, I think our film was good, but there would be many things I would go back
and improve on if I could.
