The two characters I m analyzing and comparing are Hamlet and Ophelia. I m choosing these two
because they are very different, from two different families that don t like each other. But their in

Introduction Conflict is a natural part of any work environment. What considers it healthy conflict
is how the individuals involved respond? Handling and resolving conflicts that arise in the
workplace is one of the biggest challenges managers and employees face. The consequences of
health care workers conflict are many. Patton goes on stating, At best, conflicts result in beneficial
changes in the workplace; at worst, it can impact patients lives. (Patton, 2013) By learning to

cities in the US. Children suffering from asthma encounter a recurrent cough, wheezing, shortness
of breath and decrease response to their medication. These children often are unable to participate in
physical activities, have increased absenteeism from school, are withdrawn and have decreased self
confidence. It is important that families are educated on the appropriate preventions and treatments
for asthma in order to prevent mortality. There are a number of contributing factors in the increase
of childhood asthma; for instance, sensitization of allergens, cultural beliefs, and environmental
factors, gas and diesel emissions due to the high volume of traffic from the interstates in the
surrounding areas. Furthermore, behavioral choices made by parents and other adults are added
factors in the increase of asthma rates in children; for instance, mothers that smoke during

This experiment was done to test the affect of lipid content on cupcakes using four different types
of milk. In this experiment, the height was expected to change due to whether or not the fat
content (lipids) appeared to be heavier in one type of milk opposed to the other. Although the lipid
content was tested on cupcakes, the results were still surprisingly existent. The height of the
cupcakes were altered due to what was taken from them using a different ingredient then what was
initially expected when baking four sets of three different cupcakes. If milk with higher lipid
content is used to bake cupcakes, then the height will be affected.
