business, it's the reason you've
visited the same restaurant and
barber shop everytime.
So to get customers to start
spending money on your brand,
you'd need to build trust.

Too many brands are talking about
their products and how great it is
but introducing yourself—the
person behind the business—to
your customers, adds
authenticity.

Content is powerful way to show
your customers that you
understand their problems.
You can slowly introduce yourself
to customers without being pushy.

For content marketing
to be effective, you
must provide high-
value, high-quality
content on a regular
basis

Next is to ensure that your
customers are safe. With the
whole rave about e-commerce,
customers are always on edge
about giving out their card details.

And finally, be available to answer
customer inquiries.
If you've improved on the look and
feel of your site, beefed up
security and told great stories in
your content, then you've
successfully passed stage one.

They've probably visited your site and
looked everything up but couldn't find an
answer so they leave.
So have as much information as you can
about your products and be specific too.
Sometimes saying “leather" and
