Those with high power and interest require the most engagement to satisfy. Those with high power but less interest need enough effort to keep satisfied without boring them. Those with low power but interest should be kept informed to help with details. Those with low power and less interest need monitoring but not excessive communication. The grid shows what actions to take with each stakeholder group.
