2. Operations Manager

Business Need / Purpose of Role
The Operations Manager will manage Operations efficiently and deliver quality service at all times, following will be the key areas of focus;
•Productivity Management
•Quality Management
•Customer relationship management
•Vendor Performance Management
•Vendor Audits
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsibilities Teams Leader shipping operations.
•Ensure all shipping documentation required by system are prepared.
•Make proper plan for operations, prepare report on operations for management
•Interface between external Authorities, updating related regulation, maintain good communication/relationship with all Authorities (CIQP) and customers on operational matter and report to management
•Ensure proper execution of all shipping project.
•Assure compliance with company operational policy, HSSE representative/reporting/maintaining
•Ensure effective control of operational cost, reviewing partner agents performance
regularly.
•Monitoring and ensure all branches running well, act as person in charge (ad hoc/caretaker
branch manager) if needed.
•Ensure all Operational KPIs are met weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure communication with all principal is at highest standard and cordial at all times.
•Accomplish other tasks as assigned by management.
•Operations Manage has to play active role in identifying opportunities for revenue growth
and dedicate 30% time on commercial activities such as meeting local customers jointly
with Commercial Manager.
On-Site Coordination
•Physical attendance onboard ships or sites when necessary, providing on-site coordination of
services and deliveries.
Provide local expert advice
•Keeping abreast of latest development in port regulations, industry and ISS Policies and
Procedures.
3. HSSE/Legal Compliance
•Ensure all services provided comply with local regulations/guidelines set out by relevant
government agencies and ISS Policies/Procedure
Training
Timely completion of trainings assigned. Involve in operational and HSSE training to junior staff or
new joiners.
Utilization of ISS Systems
Ensure full utilization of all ISS systems (ONEDA and Optics) according to Standard Operating
Procedures. All system KPIs to be met as per the deadline.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Conversant with local port, terminal and statutory requirements and regulations
•Working experience in Oil/Gas/Offshore industry would be desirable.
•Working experience as seagoing deck/engine officer would be advantage.
•Target / Result Orientated
•Receptive to new ideas and work procedures
Education/Experience:
•Diploma in Maritime Studies
•At least 12 to 15 years of working experience in ship agency service industry
•Working experience as sea- going deck/engine officer would be an advantage.
•Working experience in Oil/Gas/Offshore industry would be desirable
4. USA - Boarding Agent, Maritime Ship Agent

Business Need / Purpose of Role:
The Operations Representative (Boarding Agent) reporting to Operations Manager is responsible for providing logistics service to our Principals to
ensure the safe and smooth turnaround of all appointed vessels within the jurisdiction of the port office, managing vessel requirements, procurement of
relevant vendor services, and undertaking vessel boarding as required. The Operations Representative performs office and non-manual work assisting Inchcape
in the running and servicing Inchcape’s 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week on-call services commitments to its Principals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Foundational knowledge of Port Operations and Port Agency services.
•Ability to work independently with limited supervision, multitask and possess strong initiative, exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
•Possess organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize, be detail oriented and results driven.
•Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills, including strong verbal and listening skills.
•Must possess an intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Education, Qualifications, Certifications, and Licenses
Education/Experience:
•High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
•Prior experience in marine agency field desired, but not required.
