  • 2. Supporting people in Lambeth experiencing psychosis with severe and enduring mental health symptoms. Aims of SHARP ● To increase social inclusion ● To decrease distressing symptoms ● To reduce relapse ● To promote Healthy living ● To enable new and innovative practice Social Inclusion, Hope and Recovery Project Unboxed / SHARP Impact Assessment

To use evidence collected in a meaningful way and reach a wider audience To see if we actually make a difference and make a clear value offering in a climate of cuts and budget tightening To effect systems changes and challenge what we think we know about ourselves as a service Because we need to be looking at the quality of care we’re delivering and not just numbers Why do an impact assessment? Unboxed / SHARP Impact Assessment We collect data and store it in places where no one sees it
