The study assessed investors on their behavior, sources of information, risk appetite, and demographic factors to better understand customer satisfaction in the equity market. Key findings included male dominance, medium-low risk tolerance, and satisfaction with investment portfolios. Television was the most influential information source. The study confirms relationships between gender, age, and risk appetite found in earlier research.
