● Exit 10 — Al Hamra Development (Ongoing)

3. This ongoing project includes civil and MEP works for the entire
infrastructure, which has two levels of offerings, including the

basement parking facility.
● ROSHN Infrastructure Works (Ongoing)

5. This project includes 1,999 uniquely designed properties,

constructed in four sections, together with supporting

design, construction, execution, and completion of the whole

● Kings College Hospital (Ongoing)

7. A 92-bed facility in Jeddah that provides both primary care and a

● NEOM Water Reservoir Project (Ongoing)

9. The main features of this project include 170,000 m3 and
30,000 m3 concrete circular city water storage reservoirs, a

● Sabic Jubail Main Building (Ongoing)

11. The main tower features a data centre, a sports centre, and a
parking lot in addition to a 25-story office block with a 15-story

● Al Khorayef Tower (2018)

13. In Al Khobar, this 80-metre-tall tower has 17 floors that house

property with all the necessary facilities.
● Mayasem Infrastructure Project (2018)

15. A mixed-use building was constructed in Jeddah for the planned
satellite city of Mayasem. Infrastructure projects such as main

● Al-Reziza Commercial Tower (2017)

17. This is a 25-story commercial building built by SPINT for
Al-Reziza Trading & Contracting Co. in Al Khoubar, Al
Sharqiyah, Saudi Arabia, on the Dammam-Al Khobar route.

19. The 36-story Al Abdul Karim Tower (AKH Tower) was built as
the corporate office for wholesaler Al Abdul Karim Holding
Company by SPINT.
● SEC New Headquarters Building Complex
(2019)

20. The new headquarters Building complex constructed for Saudi
Electricity Company in Riyadh comprises four typical office
towers, basements, a common central podium, a restaurant and

21. recreational building, two service buildings, two community
buildings, car parking, and six guard houses with all facilities.
● Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments
(2019)

22. This 5-star Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments were built
for Dur Hospitality Company in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter by
SPINT.

23. ● Stay Bridge Suites within Al Khorayef Towers
(2018)

24. SPINT built the 125-room Stay Bridge Suites for Al Khorayef &
Sons Group in Al Khobar, Dammam.
● Commanders College (2015)

25. SPINT built the Commanders College with the main structure,
residential building, mosque corridor, guard house, courtyard,
and compound wall, among other things.
