 Supervising on my team staff “junior holidays multinational and multi-language consultants
in Head Quarter Offices and branches offices” for all holidays operations and sales techniques,
also for hiring the team, distributing to all our sectors in Tourism department and help all our
sales department how to make/sell the packages with or without flight tickets and to planning
for coming targetable destinations and special seasons like Eids and New Year.
 Make our own outgoing holidays packages Brochure 2015 for more than 50 different
destination with all details itineraries and pricing “Arabic and English versions”, also for
special tourism sectors like specific brochure for Medical Tourism and another for Haj and
Umra packages.
 Dealing directly with VVIP customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face visit.
 Director of whole holidays packages with main responsibilities such as following with the staff
of responding promptly to customer inquiries; handling and resolving customer complaints.
 Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or market,
developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations. Making
actionable and insightful recommendations for the products or services.
 Preparing all Holidays packages and offers over the year and for special seasonal packages for
outgoing tourism and travelling.
 Direct contacts with all suppliers and providers of all services for tourism and travel with wide
database of contacts for each tourism destination and even for some incoming tours as
working for all sections MICE, FIT, DMC, OTA, Wholesaler…etc.
 Some extra tasks such as contracting with hotels and on the other hand also contracting with
new travel agencies for our B2B online system.
 Planning for coming seasons and making good deals all around GCC market.
 In progress of supervision our first charter flights and handling all operations and sales for our
charter trips completely with fully control of all procedures for these trips.
 Specialist in most of special packages for groups, big families, huge companies and
corporations parties or their staff special packages and occasional packages and for most of
specific requests whatever and wherever will be.
 Creating new targetable destinations and eventual offers for exhibitions and conferences.

tariffs.

 Assisting Hajj and Umra Department like visa issuing with Saudi Embassy and arranging
