in landmark tower since 3 & half years. (Abudhabi –corniche )
General Description:
 Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient,
service to all the tenant
 Responded to tenants and public inquiries
 Contact point to the tenant for their queries in apartment &
tower (leakage , electricity disputes , HVAC )
 To present the demands and needs of tenant from facility
management
Position Profile:
 Responding to call for leasing and enquires about the building
 Log calls/jobs on the helpdesk database utilizing helpdesk
software (EMQUBE). Calls/jobs may be received , by telephone,
facsimile, email or in person/
 Allocating work orders to directly employed maintenance team
and/or supply chain.
 Taking ownership of the PPM schedule & Reactive Maintenance
jobs thus ensuring that all tasks are completed in line with the
service requirements
 Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and close
out.
 Updating asset history with works record sheets.
