This document discusses various forms of sexual violence in South Africa, including a survey from 1998-2000 that found 1/3 of women in Johannesburg had been raped, and 25% in another province. It also discusses the criminal practice of "corrective rape" targeting homosexuals, providing the story of one woman who was tortured and raped for 5 hours.
