This document discusses the laser scanning and mobile mapping services provided by Severn Partnership. Case Study – Railway Stations
Severn Partnership were commissioned to accurately locate and map all
detectable utility services within the platforms at 7 railway stations. The
stations were all located in or around the London area and are part of the
Crossrail project.

• Imagery is collected by 7 onboard cameras
• 28 megapixel image panoramas
• 8 frames per second
• NovAtel ProPak6™ provides the latest and most
sophisticated precise GNSS receiver with a robust field
proven IMU for position accuracy of 20 mm RMS after
10 seconds of outage
• Includes triple band – L-Band, SBAS, and QZSS for
GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou constellations
• INS determination of the location, speed, velocity and
orientation at a rate of 200 Hz
