Once you identify your own strengths and weaknesses, you can begin to
cultivate a personal workplace identity that will continue to develop
across your professional experiences.

Professional goals must be aggressive AND realistic; pinpoint and
establish a practical timeline, as well as ways to handle new
objectives. Gaining economically valuable and difficult skills are
important for success.

long-term goals by setting tasks and deadlines
now?

I know your professional future may be the furthest thing from your mind, but
take it from me that “real life” hits you hard and fast; make sure you’re
prepared, or at least have the slightest idea of a game-plan for your future.
