This document discusses how structured globalization can stimulate innovation through connecting entrepreneurs and regions across borders. It presents a model where leading and emerging regions can engage in "East-West Co-Innovation" by leveraging each other's economic and technological strengths. This is achieved through multi-level innovation support systems that link entrepreneurs, universities, science parks and other organizations globally using virtual and in-person networks as well as regional and international instruments and agencies.
