How Does It Work?
Our engagement typically starts with the qualification of customer requirements and objectives, to really understand the challenge
and what needs to be achieved. We then identify the right partners to use and hold scoping calls before any face to face pre-sales
activity begins, and we move on to the design phase.
Servium ultimately owns the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle, so we become the single point of contact for any
