Rebecca Halstead is a Managing Consultant with Excella Consulting, providing consulting services to
commercial and Federal clients in the Washington, DC area. Rebecca leads Excella’s Business Analysis Center
of Excellence, promoting and guiding adoption of industry best practices. Rebecca is a PMP, CSM (Certified
Scrum Master), and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
