OBJECTIVE

through to solution delivery. I enjoy solving problems and liaising between the
business and the IT team.
I also am a subject matter expert in the financial markets sector. I have worked with
various trading systems (front office, middle office, back office, compliance, risk)
and accounting systems. My business expertise is in securities and derivatives
trading and settlement.
In the early years of my career, I worked as a software engineer doing software
development. I have used various software development life cycle methodologies
including waterfall and agile. I am experienced in working with relational databases,
and have expert knowledge of SQL.
I’ve demonstrated strong verbal and written skills through project requirements
gathering and documenting, user manual documentation, selling strategies, customer
training, and staff coaching. As a Business Analyst, I facilitate decision making by
bringing in the appropriate stake holders and knowledge experts and asking
questions to elicit requirements, direction, and scope.
