2. Jana Creighton
M.Div.
I am a member of New Kirk Presbyterian in Blythwood, SC and currently reside in Columbia, SC. My
undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Nursing at Clemson University. Prior to the call to seminary, I served
10 years as a Registered Travel Nurse in Step-Down and ICU Units across GA, SC, and CO. Prior to
and during seminary, God's ministry in my life has been people-oriented with service in developing a
parish nurse program, leading a youth ministry program, and serving at on the steering committee and
as a ruling elder at New Kirk--a new church development. I have also served as interim pastoral care
associate at a large congregation in South Carolina.
This first call I am open to a part or full time position as a solo or associate pastor. I am hopeful God's
call will utilize my gifts of pastoral care, preaching and teaching God's Word to God's people.
Geographically I am limited to South Carolina. I am a candidate within Trinity Presbytery pending
approval December 17th, 2013 to circulate my PIF.

I am a lifelong member of Gettysburg Presbyterian Church in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to
seminary, I obtained a B.S.E. in Technology Education from Millersville University in Millersville,

ministry opportunities; I am particularly interested in preaching, pastoral care, youth and young adult
ministries, social justice, and mission/service ministries. I am willing to locate throughout the United
States, with preference for the east coast. I am a candidate for ministry in the Presbytery of Carlisle, and
am scheduled to be examined to circulate my PIF in January 2014.
