Preliminary comments
3D data ready for Rendering do not mean ready for 3D Printing
Printed data must stand together
If some gaps were introduced intentionally between geometry for rendering perception, they
might lead to separated parts
Printed data are affected by gravity
Support or additional structure may be needed to ensure your design
Data must be « watertight »
Data are rarely printed at scale 1
Gaps between the parts must be checked and potentially reworked on purpose
Thin parts must be checked to secure their thickness after scaling operation

Target watertight data for successfull 3D printing
Solve gaps inside & between parts regarding what you expect:
Flexible assembly (i.e. :not less than 0.3mm gap between axis & wheel)
Single or multiple material (no more than 0.25mm gaps to secure rigid assembly)
Rework design vs targeted scale:
Check thin parts: thicknesses must not be under 0.6mm
Remove un-significant details:
Every detail which size will decrease under 0.6mm after scaling
Very small fillets: they will just become sharp edge
Mesh data:
Prefer to tesselate each part separately with a maximal 0.02mm sag
Export as .stl in distinct mode (n parts  n .stl parts)
