Berdasarkan analisa karir dari top 45 Indonesian public listed company, menarik untuk disimak bahwa lebih dari 50% BOD pernah mengecap pendidikan di luar negeri, dan 25% nya mengawali karir mereka di MNC. Acara ini akan memfasilitasi sharing dan diskusi mengenai suka duka, peluang dan tantangan serta adaptasi budaya dalam meniti puncak karir di indonesia bagi mereka yg memiliki pengalaman antar budaya intens.
