Building a global career is becoming a requirement for today professionals as
the global business becomes envitable for organizations. Yet, not many
discourses available which addressing the importance of initiating a
systematic global learning approach from the perspective of intercultural
psychology in order to increase the possibility for gaining individual success
and building team synergy.
The dialogue will showcase studies in global readiness and competence of
Indonesian young people and professionals. Profiles of Indonesian
