Durability and robustness
At Sellenis, your nozzles are made out of
sapphire jewel, one of the hardest materials
available on the planet (8 times harder than a
nozzle orifice made out of stainless steel). This
makes your nozzles from Sellenis extremely
durable, robust and very tolerant and resilient
to all standard industrial handling and use.
Easy cleaning and maintenance
The nozzle can be cleaned by simply spraying
it with solvent. To unclog and unblock a
nozzle, simply drop it, in any orientation, in an
ultrasonic bath for as little time as desired or
left in the bath for much longer times without
fear of damaging the orifice or reducing the
performance of the nozzle in any way
Ease of use, consistent performance
and long life
The nozzle is easy and quick to remove and
replace. No tweezers or other special tool
necessary. It will not scratch, it will not wear,
jet start up and straightness will not degrade,
and the print quality and reliability of the nozzle
will stay consistent month after month, year

pigment based inks guaranteed.
Proven manufacturing technique
The method of assembling the jewel orifice to
the nozzle plate has been proven in industrial
