Kevin Johnson. I have known Kevin for the past 4 years and he has always displayed
the highest level of professionalism. In addition, he continually demonstrates an
extraordinary degree of integrity, responsibility, ambition and is a consummate leader.
Over the past 18 years in this business, there have been very few individuals who are as
self-motivated, driven, and continually able to look objectively at their performance and
know how to improve. Kevin has the ability to view how his decisions, and that of the team
he managed, might impact both the customer and the brand. He has the ability to develop
partnerships that transcend the initial interaction and craft a relationship with the guest and
team member.
Kevin was a valuable asset for L’Auberge and the food and beverage team, and I am
