To Whom It May Concern,
This is my personal recommendation of Laura Lezama, who worked for me at Chipotle
Mexican Grill from 2006 until 2012. Laura possesses a number of important skills that
helped her grow quickly within Chipotle. Laura began as an hourly manager and
promptly demonstrated a high level of interpersonal skills. She was then promoted to
Assistant Manager, and again to General Manager under my supervision.
As a General Manager, Laura demonstrated strong leadership skills and had a knack for
performing as part of our team. Her intelligence, natural inquisitiveness and
willingness to take on a challenge certainly came in handy as she consistently ran a very
profitable, high-volume Chipotle restaurant with more than 30 employees. Although
this would be a challenge for any general manager, Laura exceeded expectations and
outperformed many of her peers. She received two more promotions within the
company over the next three years.
Given Laura’s dedication, ambition and strong work ethic, I am confident she will make
an excellent addition to any company that is lucky enough to have her.
