2. Project Description
Administrative Response Systems (ARS) is a $25M data collection
and analysis company that was established in March 2013. Our office
headquarters is inTech City. Our primary service is to generate and
sell specialized data regarding current administrative hiring analyses
to paying clients.
We are expected to grow by 60% over the next eighteen (18) months
and expand into the upper two floors of the office building within six
(6) months. This project will result in a complete modification of our
current IT infrastructure which needs to be significantly enhanced or
replaced to handle the potential influx of new business.

3. Project Scope
 Strategies for incorporating the following areas into the overall process:
 Applications
 Oracle Analytics Cloud
 Google Analytics / Open Web Analytics / KISSmetrics
 Oracle Database 12C
 Customization: LAN and components
 Architecture: Installation and use of new high-capacity data warehouse server
 Funding: Guarantee Equity Bank (50% of budget)
 Training: Offered to all staff for all key applications

4. Objectives
 Address the current and anticipated business needs of ARS and its customer base
 Design, deliver and implement a unfailing solution within six (6) months
 Absorb a 60% company growth expected over the next 18-24 months
 Implement on-site using the most reliable and cost-effective methods available
 Utilize the best applicable data security methods
 Adopt Cloud Computing and Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS) tools in combination with
operational systems data
 Expand the office into a total of three (3) floors and increase staff by ten (10) persons
