users in care which has been given in trust, this informationremains the property of the service
user.in the event of their death if there is a reason to believe negligence a representative or relative
who may have a claim arising from the death of the service user, has a right to apply for access to
their health records but only information related to the death

Changes are reported to the manager. Work as a team alongside other staff members. Ensure the
service user receives the care in accordance with their care plan. Ensure all health and safety of staff
service users in the work place .all duties carried out must be in line with the works policies and
procedures.
