6. FIRE DETECTION AND WARNING SYSTEM

• PRODUCT FUNCTION : Monitors and Warns the Pilot
in case of over heat and fire in the engine plenum
chamber. Employs Linear Heat technology using fire
wire.
• USED ON : LIGHT COMBAT AIRCRAFT

7. HIGH ENERGY IGNITION UNIT
• PART NUMBER : HE-175/2
• PRODUCT FUNCTION : Provides High Energy Electrical
impulses of 6 joules at 2000 volts for ground starting and in
flight re lighting of Turbo Jet Engines. Operating voltage 16 to
32 V DC. Fully solid state with no moving parts can also be used
for ignition of Auxiliary Power Unit and igniters for rocket
motors.

8. STANDBY CENTRALISED WARNING PANEL
• PART NUMBER : SE-STBYCWP-01 (2B2) VER 2/ SHAKTI
• PRODUCT FUNCTION : The standby CWP is intended to
provide critical warning, caution and advisory
information to the Pilot in case of total failure of the
IADS System (Integrated Architecture & Display System)
• USED ON : ADVANCE LIGHT HELICPTOR (ALH)

9. INTERCOM SYSTEMS FOR CHEETAH/CHETAK HELICOPTER
• PRODUCT FUNCTION : Designed primarily for four seater
Helicopter and three seater Helicopter equipped with Transmitting
and receiving sets.
• USED ON : CHETAK /CHEETAH HELICOPTER

10. DIGITAL CLOCK / TIMER FOR HELICOPTER AND AIRCRAFT
• PRODUCT FUNCTION : A quartz controlled electronic time and Micro
Controller based measuring device . Besides functioning as a regular
clock, also functions as a stop watch for measuring the flight duration,
the time taken by the engine to reach the optimum RPM etc. It works
from 28 V DC supply. The device comprises of two sections, namely
Clock and Timer. NVG compatible display option also available.
• USED ON : CHEETAH/CHETAK/MI-17 HELICOPTER and AN 32 Aircraft.

11. ILLUMINATED LIGHTING PANEL
• PRODUCT FUNCTION :The Lighting Panel is designed for illuminating
Indicator meters during night flying Aircraft. NVG compatible display
option also available.

12. INTERCOM SYSTEM FOR JAGUAR AIRCRAFT
 SUB ASSEMBLY – RADIO SELECTOR UNIT FRONT
– RADIO SELECTOR UNIT REAR
– JUNCTION BOX
– GROUND CREW JACK BOX
 FUNCTION – Enables communication between Flying and Ground
Crew through four TX/RX channels and 18 receiver channels. The
above sub assemblies form part of the Airborne Communication
Control System.

13. FIRE WARNING CONTROL BOX FOR
ALH AND JAGUAR AIRCRAFT
• PRODUCT FUNCTION : The Fire Warning Control unit forms part of
Fire Detector system. The Fire Detectors are thermostatic switches,
which sends signals to Fire Warning Control Unit when heated. Fire
Warning Unit processes the received signals, activates the relay and
sends warning signals
