INTRODUCTION
Content analysis is a technique for systematically describing
written, spoken or visual communication. It provides a
quantitative (numerical) description. Many content analyses
involve media - print
(newspapers, magazines), television, video, movies, the
Internet. Any medium that can be recorded and reviewed is
appropriate. Content analysis is also used to analyze new
material recorded by the researchers, and to classify open-
ended responses to interview or survey questions.
METHODOLOGY
INTERVIEW
We interview to get the feedback and input to make sure the
advantages and disadvantages when developt the system. we
have make about 15 question to give the company manager.
Interview Question
1. You have used the system to take orders?
2. Do you ever use a ordering system?
3. How your manage your order without anay system?
4. Is that effecient to take order manually? Why?
5. How long you want to settle up for a order from customer?
6. What's the main problem when take an order manually?
7. If the data lost,how you want to get back the data?
8. Where you save all the ordering data?
9. How many order you receive in a day?
10. In your opinion, what is the difference between the system
and its manual?
11. In your opinion, customer will be more interested when you
use this order sisitem? Why?
12. Do you think this system can help in the development of
your company?
13. What are your expectations with our system to be
launched?
