When I needed to do presentations of Scrum to executives and students, I started to look for existing ones. Most presentations I found were very good for detailed presentations or training. But what I was looking for was a presentation I could give in less than 15 minutes (or more if I wanted). Most of them also contained out dated content. For example, the latest changes in the Scrum framework were not present and what has been removed was still there.
The document provides an overview of Agile methodology and Scrum framework. It describes that Agile is an alternative project management approach that uses short iterative cycles called sprints to incrementally deliver working software. Scrum is the most commonly used Agile framework and involves roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and team. It uses artifacts like Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog and events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Review.
This presentation describes the basics of Agile methodologies and how it is differed from Waterfall. Then continues with the most famous Agile approach: Scrum

Scrum is an agile framework for managing software delivery that uses iterative sprints to frequently deliver working software. Sprints are short, timed iterations where teams select backlog items to complete. There are ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Roles include the product owner who manages requirements and priorities, the scrum master who removes impediments, and the cross-functional scrum team which self-organizes to deliver working software every sprint.
The document discusses Scrum, an agile framework for project management. It describes some issues with traditional waterfall models like high risks and uncertainty. Scrum aims to address these issues by allowing for frequent delivery of working software, adapting to changes, and welcoming late changes. The document then outlines the key aspects of Scrum like product and sprint backlogs, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. It discusses how Scrum has been used successfully in various domains like software, games, websites, and more. Finally, it covers some benefits of Scrum from different stakeholder perspectives.
The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an agile framework for enterprise-scale organizations. It addresses challenges of architecture, integration, funding, and roles at scale. SAFe has three levels - portfolio, program, and team. At the portfolio level, investment themes drive budget allocations. The program level uses Agile Release Trains of 5-10 teams to deliver value in 10 week iterations. Teams use Scrum or Kanban with 2 week iterations. SAFe aims to apply lean-agile principles at an enterprise scale.

mengatasi masalah kompleks adaptif, dimana
pada saat bersamaan mereka juga menghantarkan
produk dengan nilai setinggi mungkin secara
produktif dan kreatif.
4. SCRUM Pilar

Transparansi
Aspek signifikan dari sebuah proses harus
dapat dilihat oleh orang-orang yang
bertanggung jawab terhadap dampaknya
Transparansi
Inspeksi
Pengguna Scrum harus sering menginspeksi
artefak Scrum dan perkembangan menuju
Sprint Goal agar mereka dapat mendeteksi
adanya variansi hasil yang tidak diharapkan
Inspeksi
Adaptasi
Pengubahan harus dilakukan secepatnya
untuk meminimalkan penyimpangan yang
semakin jauh.
Adaptasi
5. KEBERANIAN
Anggota Scrum Team memiliki keberanian
untuk melakukan hal yang terbaik dan
bekerja diatas masalah-masalah yang sulit.
FOKUS
Semua pihak fokus pada pekerjaan di dalam
Sprint dan tujuan-tujuan dari Scrum Team
RESPEK
Anggota Scrum Team saling respek satu sama
lain bahwasanya mereka adalah orang-orang
yang memiliki kemampuan dan kemandirian.
KOMITMEN
Orang-orang secara pribadi berkomitmen
untuk menggapai tujuan dari Scrum Team
KETERBUKAAN
Scrum Team dan pihak-pihak yang
berkepentingan setuju untuk terbuka terhadap
semua pekerjaan dan tantangan di dalam
melakukan pekerjaan
7. Product Owner
Development Team. Product Owner adalah satu-satunya orang yang
bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan Product Backlog.
Pengelolaan Product Backlog termasuk:
● Menyampaikan isi dari Product Backlog item secara jelas;
● Mengurutkan Product Backlog item untuk mencapai tujuan
dan misi dengan cara terbaik;
Development Team;
● Memastikan Development Team memahami Product Backlog
item hingga batas tertentu.
8. Development Team
dirilis;
● Development Team bersifat lintas-fungsi, mereka memiliki semua
keahlian yang diperlukan untuk membuat Increment;
terlepas dari jenis pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan;
anggota Development Team.
10. Development Team
Jumlah Anggota Development Team
