Eli, a 12-year-old English boy, attends the Circus Rouge with his family. During the show, Eli notices that many of the circus workers appear to be young children. After the show, Eli is knocked unconscious while retrieving a forgotten bag. He awakens in a cage, realizing the circus workers are actually kidnapped children. Eli tries to escape with the help of another child, Leyna. During their escape attempt, one of the children falls, causing Leyna to turn back and help, but a unknown threat is approaching them.

2. Script for Circ le Rouge
The Plot for the Film Trailer:
Eli is an English boy around the age of 12 with an older sibling called Roderick who always causes him trouble, and it seems his parents do not
take him seriously as he is the infant of the family. The family goes to a circus, when the show starts they notice there are a lot of young
short workers for the Circus. Later, when the show is over and they are leaving, Eli forgets something and gets knocked out by one of the
workers. Later Eli realises that nearly all of the workers are children that are all over the news as missing children. Afraid, Eli tries to
escape.
1st Scene
Opens with the two siblings fighting at home in the living room, whilst dad watches the morning news
Eli and Roderick play fight. Roderick starts to take it too far (headlock! & noggie!)
Mum: “Stop that boys”
They stop fighting and watch TV with their dad, missing people show up. The news goes on brake and circus advert shows up.
Mum: “I have tickets for that!”
Boys seem uninterested and unwilling at the suggestion as they know it will lead to them being dragged to some ‘family friendly’ place to enjoy
some quality time. Boys turn to father. Father shakes head.
Father: “Out of my hands boys”
2nd Scene
Starts with the Ring master at the circus, welcoming everyone to Circ le Rouge.
Family take their seats.
Roderick: “This is lame/crap”
Everyone sits down
Mr Prentiss: “Come one, come all, to Circ le Rouge” (sinister smile on face). ‘After this show you may never want to leave.’
3. 3rd Scene
Everyone starts to leave as the show finished
Eli turns back to carnival and says he has forgotten his bag. Eli spots bag and go over to it, shadow lurking in arena and
knocks Eli out.
4th Scene
Eli is unconscious
Eli waking up. Eli looking around sees cage with shadow facing him.
5th Scene
Walking in hallway
Walking in hallway, hears his and Leyna’s footsteps (wet stops), light on the ridges of door. (Light, symbolic)
Leyna : “So your awake”
Leyna opens door, light inside.
6th Scene
Escape
Leyna, Eli, Mongo, Fox, White, Adam, Lauren, Stevie, & John all running
Someone trips
Leyna turns back for the kid who fell.
Leyna’s hand reaching for the kids hand. Looks back at what is coming after them in terror
