Tristan is bullied by other children at school. He goes home upset and hears a voice (referred to as "the beast") telling him negative things. Feeling depressed by the bullying and arguments between his mother and step-father, Tristan attempts suicide by cutting his wrists in the bathroom. His mother finds him and he is taken to the hospital. At the hospital, Tristan insists he does not need help and wants to go home, though he sees a small creature at the end of his bed.

2. EXT. heath park school, day.
GROUP OF CHILDREN ARE BULLYING THIS BOY ON THE YARD.
OVER SHOULDER SHOT ON WHO IS TALKING.
CARTER (BULLY 1)
Why are you here you are not a Real boy
(BULLY 2)
No one likes you go away
CARTER
You are worthless
TRISTAN
Shut up please leave me alone
Tristan runs home crying because of what happened at
school and breaks down
Int. Tristans home, in his bedroom, night.
TRISTAN GETS HOME AND RUNS TO HIS ROOM.
As soon as Tristan gets home he runs to his room to be
alone and starts hearing whispers making him worse by
saying self doubt and agreeing with the three bullies.
TRISTAN
I hate my life I want to die (shouts
outlaid crying)
THE BEAST
(whispers) you are worthless you deserve
to die.
TRISTAN
I don’t want to be here anymore

THE BEAST
Good no one wants you here.
INT. TRISTANS HOME, BEDROOM MORNING.
Tristan wakes up hearing his mom and step dad arguing
about him which makes him feel even worse.
THE BEAST
Look, you makes everything go wrong they
are arguing about you.
TRISTAN
I hate it here I just wanna end it all.
Tristan grabs a blade from under his pillow and runs to
his bathroom and stands over his sink,
He starts cutting into his wrists off camera the only
thing you can see is him looking down then him look up at
him self in the mirror as a realisation.
TRISTAN
STARTS HEAVY BREATHING AND
CRYING MORE IN PAIN.
Camera pans down to the sink and shows the blood dripping
in the sink and running down the drain.
Tritons mother comes bursting in the bath room because
she can hear him crying in the bathroom, to find him with
blood on his arm and dripping in the sink, she grabs him
in her arms and starts to cry.

INT, DAY, HOSPITAL TRISTAN SITTING IN A WHEELCHAIR.
Tristan is being pushed down the corridor in a wheelchair
in to his hospital room.
TRISTAN
I don’t wanna be here I don’t need to be
here
DOCTOR
It is all going to be ok
TRISTAN
I don’t care I want to go home
DOCTOR
You can’t go home you will get better
soon
TRISTAN
I’m already ok I have no reason to be
here.
Tristan wakes up in a hospital bed to find a small
creature sitting at the end of his bed but he is to tired
to react to it so he goes back to sleep for a while and
wakes up to find the creature is in his face and scares
him, Tristan then start to scream and shout.
TRISTAN
Get off me please someone help (then
starts screaming)
