5. Problems encounter in the present SCM

6. How this problems can be solved ?
• For on time delivery buffer time have to be keep
before the time of delivery.
• During Part Loading ,proper instruction is given
to the 3PL ,to cover the material .
• In cities logistics ,Multiple Sourcing is required.
• Company has requested to 3PL for proper
tracking service as the company has to call the
driver or 3PL for tracking the material.

7. How this problems can be solved ? Contd…
• Bar-coding is the best technique to identify
the material without opening the cartons .
• This will control wrong material to be
dispatched and proper labeling can also be
done.
• Use of Silica Gel for moisture locking
packaging and Full Covered Vehicle should be
used during rainy season.
