funicular, the calculator, a kind of zeppelin and the father of our
actuals remote controls.
Leonardo designed robots too, even one that was able to play
chess!
He was born in Cantabria and lived in Paris too. He was one of
the forgotten fathers of modern technology.

Severo Ochoa was a Nobel Prize winner. He investigated
about chemistry and human ADN, the Krebs cycle and
metabolism, genetic code, virus…
He was exiliated in the Spanish civil war.
4. Santiago Ramón y Cajal
Santiago Ramón y Cajal won a Nobel Prize by him investigation
about neurones and their operation. He was born in Navarra and
he worked in the Cuba war as a doctor.
He published their studies about nervous system for people.

He is an antrophologist who has investigated a lot about
Atapuerca who had discovered human bones from thousand
years ago. He had written a lot of texts about antrophology for
let people know about their discoverys. He was born in Madrid

Mariano Barbacid has been called “The man who can save us
from cancer”. He was the first man who aislated the cancer
cells H-Ras, who affects the human bladder. He was born in
Madrid on 1949 and studied biochemistry.
