We are students from a little town called
Ivars d’Urgell, our town is near Lleida,
in Catalonia (Spain).
3. Our school is between a park and a
kindergarden. We are near a building that
we use to make physical education when
it rains.

5. • We are 130 students and 16 teachers. We
have a big playground and a little indoor
playground that we use to play table
tennis. We have got twelve classrooms, a
gym, a computer lab and a library. Some
of our pupils have lunch in the school
because we have got a canteen and a
kitchen.
6. • Our lessons start at half
past eight till twelve
o’clock and from three
o’clock to half past four.
We study three languages:
Catalan, Spanish and English.
• We work with different types of boards: we have
digital whiteboards, chalk blackboards and
whiteboards.
8. We are working in a school project. We are
studying the Titanic. We watched the film,
we have decorated the school with the
process of the sinking and we work it in
different subjects. The pupils had brought
to the school different objects related with
the time of the Titanic. In physical
education we play games that the children
of the Titanic used to play.

• Each grade is working in a different project:
– 6th grade is working in a school orchard.
– 5th grade is working in the lake that we have near
our town.
– 4th grade is working in our region.
– 3rd grade is working in our town: Ivars d’Urgell.
– 2nd grade is working in the family.
– 1st grade is working in the houses we have here.
