A student discovers a mysterious website that claims whoever's name is written in the "demise letter" will die. Intrigued, he writes down the name of his mother's killer and sees on the news that they died that night. He continues using the website for revenge, until his friend joins in and becomes addicted. They have a falling out when he wants to stop, and she plans to use the demise letter against him. They agree to meet at the park, but he has a secret plan to kill her instead. At their meeting, he has a change of heart and tries to save her, but it's left ambiguous whether he succeeds or she dies as a result of his original plan.
