The Save Africa app allows users to donate money to provide clean water to impoverished areas of Africa. Nearly 1 billion people in Africa do not have access to safe drinking water, and water-related illness is a major cause of death. The app funds organizations that build wells and water systems so that people, especially children, do not have to walk long distances each day to collect dirty water. Donations can help give communities access to a sustainable source of clean water.

2.  The Save Africa app is free on any
smartphone or tablet. It is available for the
apple market or Android.

3.  The purpose is to raise money to bring clean
water the impoverished areas of Africa.
 We are helping children and adults who have
to spend their day looking for water because
it is so scarce.

4.  The app requires you to sign up with a credit
card and you can donate as much money as
you like to help provide Africans wit clean
water.
 It has videos on it to show you reasons to
help.
 The more you donate the more you can be
recognized on the app as one of the patrons.

5.  Nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to
drink.
 A child dies every 15 seconds from a lack of
clean water.
 115 people die every hour from diseases linked
to poor sanitation, poor hygiene and
contaminated water.
 1 in 5 children who die before age 5
worldwide, die of a water related disease.
 Children often walk miles every day to collect
dirty water to drink.
 Water related illness kills more people each year
than wars and conflict.
