processors.

11. Processing
• Processing fresh kinnow into retail
• Marketing and distribution channel
• Washing : Kinnow are thoroughly washed,
which ensures removal of all foreign body
sticking to the skin of the kinnow.
• Waxing: kinnow are thoroughly washed and
treated with Citrashine + Fungazil 500EC +
TBZ. After this treatment kinnow can retain
freshness for up to 50 days.

12. • Grading: It can grade kinnow on basis of
color, size and weight. Kinnow not coming up
to standards in color, weight, size and quality
are rejected.

control. Kinnow are packed in cartons of different sizes
according to customer's requirement.
